School Year-Round (Sike!!!!!!!!)

If I had to go to school year-round I probably would go crazy. Here I am with my last year of highschool and I barely can take the pressure of that. So if I had that kinda of situation in my hands, I rather do it and get it over it over with. The only benefits from having school year-round is that no matter what, we still get out for mandatory holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. But the fact that we get a week or two off would relieve some of the stress from going to the school house too much. If I feel bad, I wonder how the teacher feels?

Photo Editing

The hardest part about photo editing was the time, patience, & precision of mix-and-matching thousands of photos. Even though we attempted and did pretty good on certain ones, I still feel like I could be better and it would one fun job to have making mixtape covers for artists. So if I ever made up in my mind that I want to do that as my job, I think I could.

What makes a good video? To me, it's the presence, the domain which the video was made, and the picture the song draws when you hear it without. Money is a key essential to all videos, but some early videos showed that money didn't matter. My all-time favorite video has to be Snoop Dogg- Ain't Nothin' But A G Thang. To me that video kinda shows one of those regular days in a black neighborhood, but in my eyes it shows the perfect day.

A Producer's Dream

The ability of making something both catchy and entertaining is both recognizable and hard to do, but most of my classmates found that out this week when had to make beats on my favorite thing to do on a computer, make beats. We used FL Studio 9 to figure out how make tunes through the program. Everybody now can look at entertainment through my and everyone's else eyes that makes music. Now everybody realizes that it takes time, patience, and dedication to make a hit song. So if they ever say something about a song that's not a hit, the artist or producer can state, "if it's so easy, you do what I just did and see how much success you get out of it." Everyone has dreams, and this stuff I mess with is a goal in life before I leave earth. Even if I don't get it now, I could be a 79 years old and could still make hits.

Photoediting

I looked at a couple of advertisments and the one that caught my attention was about a CD cover of a rapper from Ohio. I liked the fact that whoever made his cover made their own background with a moon right behind his head. Then they put his picture with a small amount of cartoon effect of some sort. I thought it was cool, but it probably was high in prices considering how cool it was. I also loved his CD lol.

Hollywood Exposure

Acting is not one of those things that would be on my list as funny (unless it's comedy). Actors use a lot of film and takes that are considered to be funny because they mess up on serious million dollar movies. That's why mainly actors, music artists, and etc. get so much exposure. They handle the jobs that majority of people couldn't do. Even if it means humiliating themselves to the audience on the film. That's why most people look up to them.

Advertising

One thing that keeps people attention on the screen of a t.v are the commercials. The best commercials are around Super Bowl time, when they prove to other businesses they can sell better products through comedy and advertising. One funny commercial I saw had these people running in their underwear talking about that was that the new style. But it caught my eye just because of the humor in it. Is the price of paying millions of dollars to improve the sales for the beginning of the new year, if it was me I would take it.

Teaching with Technology

The smallest things make a difference, and in future reference, technology helps. The future of all students in school is technology. From powerpoints, to computer work, the small amount of it we use is nothing compared to future where there will be no books.

The Perfect Photo

What makes a photo look so good? In my mind it's togetherness. There's nothing like having everybody, family & friends, gather up and smile or do something funny to remember it by. And every time one looks at the photo, they feel this warm sensation in their heart.

My Favorite Teacher

My favorite teacher that had an effect on my doing was Coach Daniels. The reason I learned a lot of the things I know today is because he had a knack for teaching backwards. For some reason it works and I learned from his system of teaching. In his class you always had to stay focused, and always willing to listen to everything he has to say. He's one of those teachers that has you ready for many college courses.

In some ways caligraphy is better because many people have handwriting that's hard to read like myself, or some just have writing that is non comprehendable. Caligraphy takes away so much of the basic essentials to all writing that is needed to be taught in school. Don't get my opinion wrong by saying caligraphy is bad but to a certain extinct, it is. The way all public school attenders were taught cursive handwriting at an early age of life is useless because it is rarely used to for anything, So learning typography is basically useless with all the technology in society today. It is something we all need and something we need to use more rather than signing checks and other important documents.
